Correction to previous:
ATC is of course Avexa's drug. The previous AIDS drug in which Dr. Coates had a hand was the now well-established 3TC.
From the laudatory blurbs in Avexa's last annual report to shareolders 14 October 2009, from which I quote:
<quote>He (Dr Coates) spent 15 years in the U.K.at Glaxo Group Research ... and was one of the inventors of the anti-viral drug 3TC ... etc ...</quote>.
