So what you are saying is almost half the Australian population is mortgage free..do you really believe that?
The only people I know that are mortgage free are my parents and grandparents.. they probably make up the 2% of the people I don't know with a mortgage.
And as pointed out, all those that are so lucky to not have a mortgage because property is so easy, would surely have dabbled in the investment prop game-40% is utter c@#p!!!
