Usually only require a TH when going shopping for external capital raising from Sophs and Institutional investors as want to secure their funds prior to the price drop that occurs after every capital raise is announced.


This Share Purchase plan for only current shareholders means that had to have bought on or before Friday 19th (the day after the TFS announcement) to be eligible based on T+2 settlement date of 23rd August.

I would have thought that another free 1 for 2 higher strike price oppy say 35cents like Dr Rebecca's performance ones would have been offered as a further sweetener, but perhaps trying a different method this time around to not have any further anchoring point overhanging for next 2 years.
