I hear ya. I'm 47 and was hoping to retire at 50 (still may), but looking at the STX timeline for delivery, I'm going to retire at 52/53 because if Haber stays on track, there is buckleys chance the SP wont be in the multiple dollar range rather than cents as it stands today....patience....sigh
