The current US100 is sitting right at the support level, and if it couldn't hold 12844, it might head south to 12200 (roughly a 5% down).
11140 is another key support level that we've seen in the previous low, which indicates a 13% down from the current level.
It's just too early to say that the market bottom for the tech stocks has formed, and there is still a chance of seeing new lows in the coming weeks.
Yet the market is still betting on the Sep rate hike to be .75 followed by a .25 rise each time in the coming meetings this year.
As expected, the rate will stay the same next year in Feb at 3.75%, followed by a .25 rise in March, and then The Fed Rate will sit at 4%.
Instead of guessing if the Fed rate next month will be .75 or .50, I think focusing more on when we will see a rate cut will be more realistic.
This time I might look for a long opportunity between the 59.3 - 66.5 range, I will put my first small buy order in if it comes down under 69.5.
