The WA article is wrong - a sloppy journalist that got sucked in by Foley. DDD doesn't own the Cosmo tenements any more and it sounds like Cosmo isn't going to lose them cause Foley got smashed in the Wardens Court and basically admitted everything Cosmo claimed including that he even used fake applications lodged by stooges on his behalf. Hopefully he'll be declared a vexatious litigant and banned from the legal system altogether.
