Looking at the head office team online it seems they have gotten rid of their IT manager and probably outsourced it so that’s likely a good chunk of their admin cost savings plus letting go of staff across all the stores they closed down. Stack that with the influx of customers with school holidays which is there peak trading period and from all that you get your positive cash flow.
Olivers is purely dependant on peak travelling periods with customers on the road, they have no other strategy.
