I think Ill swim against the tide here and say this is a good idea. Why?

- Generally, PTX holders are holders, SI's and Instos maybe no so much.
- Zero fees go to brokers to instigate the deal, sell it and profit for sending a few emails to some subscribers. Some raises are donating 5% to the broker so PTX by going this route keeps more $.
- The team quite strategically brought news to the table to make a "discount" on the offer... When I first heard the news I thought, "why would PTX need to discount?" but then thinking through it, I really dont think they have if you look at the big picture.
- Of course people would sell down, if you could sell for .2 and buy back for .175 why wouldnt you? Now that the SP is around this level, business can resume and I guess we all have a clear road on which to predict the signposts of new news.
- A poster mentioned why not $16m - If you read the ann there is no cap on the deal, if you want $150k, give them a call - Im sure they will find a way. I most certainly would
- Another poster mentioned last time they went to insto's after the first offer, I would reserve that right too if my loyal and awesome holders didnt quite have funding available to give me the whole $8m (or more).
- All in all IMO this is the least painful way to raise. None are pain free, doing it before you are desperate means the company can try different approaches and I commend them for starting with the company owners first.
