Offtake agreement! Lord.
They haven't defined a resource and no studies completed, there is zero chance for an offtake agreement to be signed. They're going to release some results and/or presentations to help out the SP and try raise at an inflated price. They run on pretty low maintenance costs so only exploration expenditure hurts the balance significantly, and not much has been happening recently so might have some time.
