Have continued to watch QHL, since exiting a while ago.
In reading the announcement, there is good reason to jump back in and I thought to do so this morning.
Noted the initial surge in buying.
Settled back down again to 44c and looking to go lower.
Something is not attracting buyers about this, and can't quite put my finger on it
