HLL - I understand Raks point but imo it could make the thread titles a little more cluttered, especially trying to read through the header too quickly and choosing the wrong thread ie;- daytrade diaries ... february 15 part 1
- daytrade diaries ... february 15 part 2
- daytrade diaries ... february 15 part 3
... if you know what I mean. I know that sometimes I click a little too fast when reading the thread/s and accidentally click on the morning "thread view" instead of the afternoon one and it frustrates me ... especially when it takes time to load just to get down to the bottom of it to read someone typing 1 or 2 words.
As much as it takes a little while to load, the reader does have the option of just clicking the post itself instead of the "thread view" when it gets toooooooooo long which doesn't take long at all and which is often what I tend to do if I'm in a hurry; and if they specifically want to refer back to who that poster is answering or something else on the thread then they can click the "thread view". It all depends on how fast you want to read the posts and how fast your computer is I suppose.
You could always "trial" it to get a general consensus imo, and take it from there I guess. Just my thoughts anyways! (:
