I am not going to argue the point with you marsi.
In your view you have been lied to and no amount of persuasion by me is going to sway you from that viewpoint.

I will just say that in the number of years that I have held shares in RAU now I have never found that management have lied.

There certainly are times where they have indicated something should happen by a particular month and then have been caught out by circumstances beyond their control
and it has taken longer to do than originally envisaged.

In some cases it has been changed circumstances as the need to change the focus of the company has altered because of market conditions.
In other cases it has been simply a case of the agencies or others that they have been relying upon to supply them with info or data or whatever have not fronted up in the timeframe expected.

As I have previously suggested, and I think you can find this hinted at fairly strongly in the latest announcement, the upgrade announcement faced a number of delays that kept on popping up unexpectedly.
You never had an experience where everyone and everything seems to be conspiring against you to get something completed.
However. You do not want to be part of RAU. So be it
