The court will have almost forced TK to say they should be able to raise necessary funds if/when the scheme is voted down. That would have been something that was highlighted as to not look like a big disadvantage. Forced honesty and Pfizer can't say the BOD didn't back up their proposal as the powers that be would have shot that in. IMHO DYOR
We are on our way...the worm may have actually just turned...they even said they (had in mind?) could approach some institutional (?) investors for quick cash raise to alleviate the pressure if warranted. It could be that the BOD re sort of had enough of getting pushed around to and from by Fizzer...couldn't blame them it may be an association turning a tad sour.
The new schem front page had the sub headline VOTING IN FAVOR I giant letters and bold instead of just being part of the text.
That in itself is a red flag as they are pushing it onto us with things like this...nasty emphasis hidden in the open.
