Thats what speed cameras should be for, a reminder not a consistent way to balance the budget because you blow it out year after year. Imagine private vehicles sitting in any st without signs booking you for speeds of 64km in a 60km zone, they give you a very generous 2km off, effectively 62 in a 60, fined. A brand new vehicle speedo is out this much when the tyres have worn down 20-30%!Thats if it was 100% correct to begin with? Not many are.
Cameras just one issue. Each to their own I'm sure some love it. 3rd best in world, god there must be some dam awful places, and lots and lots of them, and no good ones?
Know Melb oh too well. Agree great place to visit, study is 'liveable' so everyday life was the points I tried to make. Lots of water - can never wash your own car or water your yard at a reasonable time of day (granted one wk end day around 4pm it might be allowed?) I beg to differ on that point. Wait til the bill comes in for the desal water - big bills for sure.
Nothing against Asians, many friends and great people but the mayor cant speak it, bit rich for mine.
