Not only is the date of the upcoming webinar of interest & concern (ie very last day of August) - but, so too is the language used in today's announcement.

The use of potential (or indeed actual) qualifying terms is usually of interest to me. Today's announcement speaks of a "review" of the "financial results of the first half of 2022" rather than a "release" of such results. Obviously, its natural to expect that there can't be a "review" without the "release" ... but, let's just wait & see!

Likewise, the qualifying term "expected" is used in reference to relisting & IMHO connotes a lack of confidence, let alone certainty.

I also note what is not mentioned in today's announcement. There is no restatement of the prior undertaking to update shareholders on the former alleged fraud and mismanagement with a disclosure of relevant information.

My genuine hope is that the upcoming webinar is not merely a spinfest !!
