of the entitys securities, the entity must immediately tell ASX that information.'

Well,discussing the figure of $1.5 B or thereabouts could have a 'material effect' on the SP of LNC.
Stating that 'a couple of announcements could have been made' could also have a 'material effect' on the SP of LNC...etc,etc

According to Listing Rule 3.1,the ASX should have been notified,but were not.
