Good to hear from you Towie!! As you know, I was there on day one when "Laneway" was born and I was probably the busiest poster and spent hours digging up information and chasing leads and posting what I found. I posted the granting of the Mining Licence the day it was granted after "getting to know" one of the staff in the mining department.
I was a very keen supporter of Steven Bizzell and had many contests with another poster called "dugsab", in fact, he was probably the reason I left LNY, he was really getting to me and I was quite frail recovering from a serious malignancy and it's treatment and rehab. He was costing me big time with data usage, as being on the pension, I had a small data plan and often exceeded it with added costs.I also left after making lots of phone calls and speaking to "people who knew something" about the Georgetown Mill.
After all of those years, I had concluded that the only way that Agate Creek and Laneway would ever become viable was to either open the Georgetown Mill or build a processing plant on site. That was going to take years from how I understood those "close" to the mill. At my age and health history, I didn't want to wait and after so long and so much time and "dugsab", I sold up completely after another CR dilution.
It taught me a lesson, "to know when to fold them"!!! I never used to leave from my bets, often a great cost.
Well, despite my sad feelings towards LNY, I did, and did something that has significantly changed things for me.
I put the proceeds into another pissy penny dreadful that I liked from my heavy research @ .026 cents. It was, and still is, Lake Resources.
Sadly, dugsab, who must have been impressed with my research, or hated me, has followed me to LKE AND it's HC forum, and he hasn't changed one bit. I have him on IGNORE, even though I've now got more data on my plan.
Like, he now posts up to 50 times a day at all hours of the day and night and takes up stacks of forum space.
Towie, does anybody, know who is dugsab??
Anyway. Laneway IS now where I wanted them to be all of those years. They've got the gold (a recognized pro fossiker up there reckoned to me that it was the "best dirt" in NQ.
And Steve Bizzell is still there and Brad Gordon is a ripper, and they've got the Geortgetown Mill operating and are a producer. WITH a seriously good future ready to fly.
Don't worry about those Notes and the interest rate, or the dilution, that's the way it works, just let it all happen and enjoy the ride.
