Why they have decided to break tls up into the divisions they have imo makes no sense.
All who hold tls should understand how tls should have been devided up.
-mobile including revenue from towerco.
-fixed which should include nbn lease ,nbn income and seacables.That is the tls fixed network and pacnet infrastructure
-NAS which should include enterprise domestic/ and nternations customers.

Simple that covers tls.
If management had any entreprenueral skills they would purchase a energy co and make tls energy a stand alone business but they wont because they only want involvement in solar and wind and batteries.

Health what a joke leaving inside tls.

Fund managers are all over woke management and why imo tls is not being shredded by these funds,who earns 8.5cents and pays out 8.5 cents.? Then look at so called free cash flow ?

Infraco as posted many times makes sense to sell half for reasons posted,the dh market will like it for other reasons it will result in $10 plus being banked.But again tle will reduce revenue by $500m cpi linked pa and must reinvest the $10b plus.What is tls's investment history like.?

This restructure comes after T22 and T25 restructure which has resulted in a 50% reduction in profit.
Now this restructure will cost approx $126m with ongoing increased expenses and imo no change in transparency..
For me the fascinating part will be how they divide up the expenses between the stupid desgined divisions because as u have posted mobile is the only material earner ie approx $3b,fixed before penn become ceo also produced approx $3b now its not material.I don't know where the $1b lease payment combined with the $2b cost reduction disappeared to but its not showing up in abitda.Hence editda halved under penn.
ps my gut feel is when they report it will give tls the excuse to say one of their stupid divisions is not performing so div must be cut.
T22,T25 and now this restructure is what happens when accountants have control imo only.
etc etc.

ps look at tls ebitda guidance for FY23 it shows no material turn around story imo .
