The delay with the ERD is mind numbingly frustrating. It is nearly 3 months past the first 'indicative' milestone (27 May), with the EPA asking for more info on 4 July, and VRX responding on 12 July, but you think the delay with the EPA is all Bruce's fault? Not only that but Bruce decides without any oversight what information is announced and when it's announced? Interesting. Can't help it but it feels like a conspiracy theory like you'd see from Donald Trump.
