I'm not a retailer. All I know is that in the USA, there is Target, Walmart, Dollar General and so on...all have slightly different strategies and execution. The same for Japan.
There is a place for retailers at this price point irrespective of the name Target or otherwise.
My point is that many of you are wishing they wind down or shut down Target.
