Gary has a pharmacy degree, Malcolms a banker who studied law, Neils a medic and Kathleen is a career drug development scientist - one PhD on the board.

McGarvey's a CA, Baskar's a medic, Morgan has a MSc, Jarolimek has a Phd - but he is the Head of Drug Discovery. One Phd on the leadership team

Not sure why there should be a problem wiuth a drug developing biotech having PhD qualified people working for them, coz, these skills are kind of important for...developing drugs ffs!

But, if you think the company performance over the past 10 - 15 years is truly appalling, them by all means, make up some shit about there being too many PhDs and not enough business acumen.

For my money, punters should have more of a problem with the average tenure of the board, especially the chair - who has been fiddling while Rome burned around him.
