imo, despite all the gloom 'n doom re inflation 'n consumer spending, this one has multistream channels that sees its revenue grow.
Not woried about convertible note 'diution'; it just proves that investors are confident of this business growth prospects sufficiently to put their money directly into it. imo LT holders will be smiling if they snatch it at this super cheap sp

The question is, how is the economy overall going to turn out. I don't think anybody really knows which is a worry. The are so many extraneous factors at play.
And everything comes down to whether people can and will spend those discretionary dollars.
