Interesting to read the options, exercise prices & dates granted to recent senior hires as part of their remuneration package.

David Fuller - Chief Medical Officer 500,000 $4.90 1st July 2026
Michael Kelso - Principal Scientist 270,000 $4.76 12th July 2026
Benjamin Buckly - Senior Scientist 150,000 $4.77 3rd Dec 2026

Their options are currently well out-of-the-money at todays SP of $2.09, so two things.

1. These guys have a huge incentive to make Zantrene/RAC commercially successful to earn a big payday.
2. Dr.T once volunteered that he told some RAC employees (presumably these chaps), that working at RAC maybe the last job they every have. So at the time of hiring, both he & they must have considered the exercise prices as quite low compared to the potential SP likely in either 2026 or at buyout.

I am quite pleased to see this, as it displays that not only the Board, but key personnel have their financial outcomes aligned with us humble shareholders, and so they have very good reason to be motivated to work hard & smart to get us all there !
