After the technical issues that stopped the live stream of the council meeting going live to air, the City of Rockingham have published the video from this week's council meeting. It starts at the end of question time, everything before that were lost in the technical issues.. EGR goes to the vote around the 7:50 mark of this video.

Weirdly, the minutes for the meeting are also up here. The weird bit being the 11/0 vote in favour of accepting the Planning and Development Services approval recommendation, do not appear in the minutes. But it's definitely on the video, so it did happen.
This hurdle was thought to be a formality, but nevertheless, its a hurdle that has been cleared.
