    Thinking out load here but wouldn’t this project if acquired by Alara and Al Tasnim be an excellent vehicle for Al Tasnim’s infrastructure and building divisions to enter the the Saudi market?
    I suspect Al Tasnim will be bringing a very fat wallet to the table.
    Just my thoughts.
