Unlike some of the others I made the point to visit court and hear exactly what was being said much like yourself.
I got the sense that this case is very much leaning in CHM's favour. Unlike Paul, I wont be so arrogant as to predict what the Judge is or is not going to do but I know where I would like to have my money invested.
The questions asked by the judge (on the last day) focussed entirely on what appropriate method should be used to calculate compensation. When you listened to the responses given by both parties and the feedback given by the judge you get the feeling the compensation is going to be a big number.
