This popped up on my instagram feed from Craig, I'll assume that the team is working/testing additional measures for our ConneQt Ecosystem.
Quite separately, reflecting on the state of financial world at the moment, we really shouldn't undervalue the fact that these funds have been raised to ensure we can execute our plans over the next 12 months ... in fact I'm pleased we have locked this away now.
I have no doubt the US, UK and EU are marching towards a significant recession. Australia may avoid an official recession due to some top line macro contributors, however I suspect main street business is already in the throes of a downturn/recession. I'm the GM of an SME in the food industry , and business across all my ecosystem of suppliers/customers is as poor as I've seen it since the early 90's. Raising capital may well become very tight.
The good news from CDX perspective, the Conneqt products will be demand whatever the macro financial environment. If you are hypertensive, and your health is in need of attention, you prioritise your spend and preventative health measures becomes non-discretionary ... I think we are in a good place.
In addition, companies successfully disrupting large addressable markets, who are well financed with strong management, will perform well irrespective of the overall market. The reverse is also true of course, non-innovators in shrinking markets attracting poor calibre management will be re-rated downwards, even in bullish markets.
The only real options as retail investors in this environment,, cash-up or back category innovators and have patience.
I think the train left the station some time ago on the "cash-up" option on CDX, so let's have patience, hold on to our shares tightly, and watch Craig & the team bring value to CDX and it's shareholders via a successful launch of the Conneqt ecosystem over the next 12 months.
