That is false, they are negotiating for the site, if RNU had secured the site they would have made an ASX announcement, I think it took another ASX listed company around 12 months to negotiate a deal with a government department, I presume RNU is following a similar path due to the size of the site required and the significant time required to obtain the regulatory approvals. The site lease had a 2-year option, which I thought wouldn't be needed, but it has certainly taken the other company nearly 2 years to obtain all of the approvals.
