Its good to here from someone who was in the court. The information I have gathered is through people who know people etc
What I had gathered was that MMX arguement moved very quickly to minimising compensation not about if the transactions took place.
Where it gets complicated is that MMX argue that they have done all this work subsequent while CHM say there would have been no project without them.
One question I have is the question of knowledge. From what I hear the proposition that MMX had no knowledge was shot down as even the current management knew of certain transactions. Any thoughts on this ?
I believe the number will be large and will include a direct interest in Crossland.
