They are still awaiting permits to drill so hopefully by the end of the year they can start. They wanted to start asap but covid is still causing delays.
They have immediately started a geophysical survey of their Tenemants to get a good idea of what resource they have and where the brine is located , which will assist when the drilling commences.
Look at SYA, similar shares on issue. There is no need for a consolidation.
