Sir, the only dilemma lay at the feet of SPI/ISX (and the other listed Respondents) and Karantzis: 1) Whether to fly the white flag in the ISX v ASX proceedings, and, 2) Whether to pay subpoena security monies in an effort to obtain material that may assist them in defending an ASIC prosecution.
