I believe the sun, it's solar flares and sun spots, is the main influence on our weather.
The earth itself is constantly shifting on it axis and this has climate outcomes.
Not to mention ongoing but inconsistent volcanic activity.
So no, I can't see how 1 million or 10 billion people on this planet have any influence over these phenomena.
