Well, the recent large media promotion makes a lot more sense. Scotty & Co trying to boost up the SP for the CR. The raising would have been agreed upon a few weeks ago, nothing last minute.

As @Davy Boy previously mentioned, obtaining a farm-in partner this late would have likely seen IVZ equity issued to the partner rather than a contractual agreement which would have likely been required to go through parliament.

All of these issues fall on the government's shoulders and they are the cucks here. The company just reacted in the most appropriate manner. Going alone is much better in the long-term but still disappointed with the options and discounted price on the raise.
