You may be surprised to find that I don't prefer dividends for the reasons in my two WHC posts from earlier today.
Dividends twice a year is already too much for me.
But I can see why those looking for regular income would be very happy with four times a year here.
I'm here because this is very undervalued, even after recent increase in share price. Not here for the dividend and definitely not for the quarterly.
