LLL won't have a right to buy them.
Whoever owns them wether that be FFX or another entity will want the best price for them.
From a capital management perspective, yes it would be good for LLL to buy these shares if could do it now.
But i'm sure you don't want LLL shares to be in the bargain basement still in June 2024 ehhh??
LLL is not going to have a mountain of cash on hand June 2024 anyway.
