    you have a lot of good points in the post.

    One thing that's interesting about the thread is that there's little discussion on the vision of Aussie builders -

    who, in the light of evidence of rapidly ascending costs - just kept taking contracts -

    overseas - a lot of builders just stopped - in America there's a lot of articles about it.

    And, I haven't seen a lot of talk about the risks from weather that were not factored in -

    interestingly - farmers watch long range forecasts far closer than builders do -


    now, in a time of rapidly rising building supply costs and a massive months long wet periods on the East Coast --

    we do we expect?????? ------------------ trouble - trouble with a capital T.

    you can't build when it's bucketing down - the same as you can't grow a lettuce either.


    funny how the same people who complain about builders going broke - also say that climate change isn't happening
    (whilst they sit inside, because it's too wet to go out)
