Not to put you off but i think the share price will drop back to around $0.21-0.22 once the dividend is payed out.
Furthermore you mention leadership and with the new chair i think he will destroy shareholder value, thats why i left.
On other stocks, that he is on the board for you should look up his trading history inline with the announcements, then you will see the type johnny boy is, fair enough if that is your game, but its not mine.
I hope i'm wrong and shareholders get the win, but i'm afraid in this case it seems to be against you.
We all view things differently.
