hmmm....do they know what they are buying here......its one thing to buy ledgers, its another thing to take over a business that has been incredibly poor - mgmt have been very poor; hope they have done their due diligence on the operations
I do know that at one stage CLH had an operations in Philippines; perhaps this is a way to quickly onboard a team for the US business (last I looked at CLH, they had way too many people to support purely the contract collection business)
