I can see 2 things happening here and neither of them that look good for NME. The best thing MCT can do right now is focus on 100% owned tenement, Looks like the last few months they realized Kookynie has too many obvious issues to continue exploration for now. JV partner can't contribute so it could be on the back burner till further developments. Once they get through this legal action on the proxy voting we will see where the chips lay. But very interesting that this has happened on the day of the hearing for the stay, line in the sand moment maybe?
