from the FACTS - both Visa and Mastercard now launching SplitIt and GS contract successfully altered to offer a cheaper interest rate to benefit merchants. We know Google USA and FISERV are at advanced stages of discussions from the last quarterly. We know operational costs are under control from the last quarterly meeting as well.

So in my opinion the CR must be for the purpose of closing the deals with Google(that was already at an advanced stage back in May/June 2022) / FISERV or any other heavyweight.

Raise $8m now to gaurantee $1bn revenue. If this is the case I am all for it.
