Agree just got a similar call - mentioned mtg on 7 th said attending meeting, "took that comment" down, didn't ask at what price would you sell unlike before (suspect Court had a bit to do with that - inappropriate in my view)
Pushed proxies need to be in on 5 th - three people all with small parcels I know got call either Friday or today !!!!- does seem more precisely scripted that before.
An absolute waste of company funds, dragged out too long this should have been resolved swiftly and professionally
