It's coming, no matter how much anyone thinks that the CURRENT EV offerings are the "best". It is just beginning!
It won't be long until 1000km range is widely available, but regardless, most people have no need for such range.
What % of the population drives 1000km in one hit? 500km?
Certainly not "most" people!
So they'll need to stop for a recharge on their annual syd-melb holiday..? That "inconvenience" is negligible when one considers the advantages and cost trajectories!
Time will tell; mark my words!
A few "stubborn" "country folk" "unable" to drive 1000km in one go won't even dent the transition that is coming.
