They behave unethically and often indulge in criminal behaviour, knowingly duping novice shareholders out of shares in good companies and have even used their tactics to bring down companies, caused cash raises to fail and taken over companies cheaply by employing every dirty trick in the book. Knowing their foul play we can snatch shares up cheaply before they do, that is true, but they add nothing to company building and go against all of the reasons that stock exchanges exist in the first place. That's it briefly, but a little personal research will open your eyes a lot wider. Basically I do not condone unethical or criminal behaviour.
