I have no idea why anyone would sell into what is clearly an orchestrated overreaction, and very professional exercise in 'doubt-making'. There's a big push on to try root out some of the missing millions of short shares through a full-on attack. Does down 30%plus in two days seem reasonable to anyone who sees the growing company that PNV is. My prediction is that the SP gap above is filled within ten trading days.
