    Interesting plan ROEROC but not recommended.The sensible idea is to buy stocks which are going up, not down.Looked at some of your previous posts.You must be pleased that your portfolio has decreased in value (that appears to be your 'logic').Are you seriously suggesting that if WDC falls by 10% tomorrow you would be more pleased than if it went up by 10% ?
