But again, you state "the share price of the company hasn't met expectations" - Whose expectations? Why were they expecting the SP to behave a certain way? How would management have any way influenced this share price behaviour, apart from perhaps taking an extra few days to release the PFS? Are you implying that because the SP hit 9.4c for a very brief time last year, that it should've stayed at 9.4c, and that it's entirely management's fault that investors threw a big tantrum and sold out when they saw the extremely conservative financials based off the extremely conservative startup approach being studied by the company?
Don't get me wrong, I'm not super happy about their ability to change the exercise price of their own options, but I hardly see how they haven't earnt it..
Wait another 4 months and we'll see how deserving they are of this option price discount..
