I noticed this aswell about the current jorc. I would expect the current funding to do another drill program, and they still keep mentioning about being in talks with various offtakers. may also give them a chance to expand the resource with the west site drilling which they lay reference to having not been drilled as of yet.
one could speculate it is a stipulation of offtakers for the resource to be further drilled and the jorc to be updated before giving the green light.
