this is clearly massive news. Not only does it resolve the governance issues we have had with the CEO lacking oversight from a strong independent Chair. The fact that someone of Stephen Whites stature now chooses to come on as Chairman of an ASX minnow is unheralded. He has built and sold $20Billion worth of energy related projects in North America. So i don't think he is short of a quid and coming on for the $96K per year.

Stephen White has been in the inner sanctum for the past 12+ months advising the team. He has had plenty of time to look under the hood and he knows exactly what projects they have in the development phase (i believe there is a whole lot more than Saddle Hills). So he will have a really good idea what is coming down the pipeline and near term. The fact that he has chosen now to come on as Chair excites me greatly. I feel very optimistic that we must be getting close to closing some of these deals or why would he put his reputation at risk....for a measly $96K per year.

I feel a line in the sand has been drawn and we might just be on the verge of great things that some of us have been waiting a good many years for. But its a complex business getting projects like this up from scratch, we all need to remember that when we criticise. Good luck all
