Good Morning Norm, Wow that's a relief I thought we might have lost you, good to see you up and about, perhaps you might clear up something for me about your sale to TNG of late. TNG claim they were doing Due Diligence back in Feb. but you didn't apply for the leases until March?? how does that work out?
