@christophe this appears to be an incredible find

That huge land Tenement that WC1 applied for on 3rd May 2022 is multiples the size of RAS and next door (which is also in very close proximity to CXO)

With only 41m SOI (including 10m restricted in that count) and its current $3.6m cash - the EV is a tiny 2.5m !!

@Onspeed @Glitterati run your eyes over this one please & tell us what you think. For me it looks like a mini RAS at a fraction of it's cap!

Note the tenements have been applied for, and not granted yet. So upon granting, I would expect a very very huge run, like RAS imo
